Refund policy

At Royal Loom, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt) when requesting a return or exchange.
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • In case of a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
